Did you know that the Tennessee Department of Health inspects restaurants and eateries (at least) twice a year? This is done for any establishment that prepares and serves food and/or beverages. These establishments HAVE to post the most recent inspection report in an area that is visible to the public. If you are interested in learning more about the findings, the reports are available at any Tennessee County Health Departments.
There are 3 types of inspections: Complete (which is unannounced and will be completed inspected for compliance), Follow-up (a return inspection to check on critical issues that were not in compliance), and Complaint (done when a complaint was made to the Health Department. It will be discussed and evaluated). When the complete inspection is completed a report will be made and a score given. The higher the score the better. With that being said, the below establishment scored a perfect score (100%), so no violations were found! Any places that have an (*) means there are multiple locations with the rating!
