Harvey is no longer a hurricane but still bringing heavy rains as he travels toward Tennessee. Starting today and into tomorrow, heavy rains are expected to fall in the Clarksville area as Harvey (now a tropical depression) heads our way. Besides 6-8 inches of rain, it is possible that some areas will experience tornadoes and severe thunderstorms, as the low pressure moves across Middle Tennessee. Flash flooding may occur in the next few days, depending on when and where, the heaviest rains will fall. Harvey may no longer be a hurricane but he is still packing a punch. Our prayers go out to Texas, as they continue the rescues and begin the clean up after the devastation of Hurricane Harvey.
