Clarksville Downtown Market To Move To McGregor Park

The Downtown market will open it’s “doors” on May 16th. Be aware that it will now be located at McGregor Park. The change is due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The reason for the change is this new site will provide more space, which will help with social distancing.

The location is not the only change. There will be less vendors through the month of May. The only vendors allowed will be farm vendors and food trucks. The hours are also changing. The market will be open from 8 am – 11 am, until further notice.

In order to keep vendors and patrons safe the Market will implement certain rules.

  • It is recommended that everyone wear face masks.
  • Vendors must wear gloves.
  • There will be a limit to the number of patrons allowed
  • Patrons CANNOT touch items
  • Caution tape will provide a safe distance between shoppers and vendors.
  • No reusable bags allowed.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available.
